How do I add custom fields to my invoices?

In WriteUpp you can add up to 3 of your custom fields to your invoices. Just follow the steps below!

Create your own custom fields that will appear on the client summary (if you haven't already done so) -> How do I create my own custom fields in the client summary?

Go to Settings -> Invoice and click on the Layout tab

Select which custom fields you would like to appear on your invoice using each dropdown. If you only need 1 or 2, leave the others set to Not Shown:



Click Save

Your custom fields will appear on your invoices here:
