When generating an invoice you can decide which fields you'd like to appear using the steps below:
- Go onto "My Settings"
- Click on the "Invoice tab"
- Scroll down to the "Invoice format" header and in the right hand column you and check/uncheck what you'd like to include in your invoice out of:
- Client name & address
- Date of birth
- Hospital #
- NHS #
- Click the green save button in the bottom left hand corner
