I'm having difficulties logging in with 2FA. What should I do?

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) has been enabled on your site.

If you're seeing a screen like the one below (without the voided barcode), you haven't set up 2FA on your individual account and you will need to do this before you are able to login.

If you're seeing the screen below you have not verified your mobile phone number and you will need to do this before you are able to login.

IMPORTANT: NEITHER OF THE ABOVE STEPS CAN BE CIRCUMVENTED
