How do I filter my patient/client files?

First, you need to ensure that the patient whos files you'd like to view is your active patient. Your active patient is displayed in the orange bar across the screen if you do not have an active patient selected the bar won't be present.

If you do not have an active patient, click the magnifying glass logo in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and enter the name of the patient in the search bar and select them from the search results. 

If you click on the orange bar you'll be taken to the Latest Activity For page. If you click the Patient/Client button a list will appear, displaying the various file types then click the type you'd like to view. You'll be shown a list of the all of this file type for the patient/client.


Click the file type you'd like to view to have all
