What is an Active Patient/Client?
WriteUpp works on the basis that you are consistently working with an Active Patient, for whom all notes, assessments, appointments, letters, attachments, documents and invoices are created for. You can only work with one Active Patient at a time.
The name of the Active Patient is displayed in the Active Patient button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
The colour of the button indicates the status of the episode:
Grey = No Episodes
Orange = Open Episodes
Black = Closed Episodes
If you do not have an Active Patient, you can either register a new patient, search for an existing patient, use the switch function or select a recent patient.
