Guide to the Recall List

The Recall list will help you to identify clients that have not attended an appointment during a defined period of time.

If a client has not attended during a certain period of time, they could be a missed income opportunity and should, if appropriate, be re-contacted to see if they need further treatment or a follow-up.

To access the Recall List, open the main menu and select Recall List.

At the top of the list is a date filter, where you can select a From and To date. Appointment Type and With filters are also present and can be used to further refine the search:

When entering dates, the From field (1) specifies the start of the period of attendance, whilst the To field (2) specifies the end of the period of attendance.

Clients that attended an appointment during the two dates specified, but DIDN'T attend an appointment between the To date (2) and TODAY, and who don't have any future appointments booked, are listed in the view.

If you change the date range, make sure to click on the blue Update button to update the view!

A note on date ranges: When setting a date range, you won’t be able to set the To date to later than the From date. If you’re looking at a date range in the future, you should change the To date first and then adjust the From date before clicking on the blue Update button.

If you'd like to export the list of clients, for example into an email marketing tool like Mailchimp or Constant Contact, you can export to either excel or CSV using the buttons at the foot of the page.
