How do I change status of appointments that have been invoiced/paid?

  1. Go to Settings->General->Invoicing
  2. Check "Allow status change on invoiced appointments in activity list"

This will give you complete flexibility to change statuses for invoices that have been marked as "Paid" and the "£" sign will no longer appear.
