Before you can upload a file for a patient via the mobile app, you must have selected them as your active patient. You can do this by either creating a new patient, searching for an existing patient or selecting an existing patient from the Patients tab at the bottom of the screen.
It's also important to note that only images can be added as attachments via the mobile app. Documents will need attached via the web-based version of WriteUpp.
To add an attachment for a patient:
- Tap on the menu icon at the top left of the screen and select Attachment:
- Complete the attachment details including a description and a keyword, and set if you would like it to be visible to yourself only. Then tap on Camera to take a photo or Gallery to use an existing image from your device:
- Once you've selected an image, you'll see a preview on screen and can tap Save to upload the attachment:
