WriteUpp can be used by anyone who wants to:
- Maintain a diary of billable activity
- Write Notes
- Complete Forms
- Create Tasks
- Attach Files
- Raise Invoices
Inevitably this means that different industries refer to their clients in different ways. Certain healthcare professionals may wish to refer to Patients, whilst others may wish to refer to Clients or Customers.
To customise how you refer to your customers:
- Go to Settings->General
- Scroll to the section "How do you refer to your customers"
- Specify the terminology that you would like to use
- Click "Save"
Once you have made this change all references to Patient, Patients and Patient's will be substituted for your alternate text.
