You can add both patient and non patient appointments to your diary on the mobile app. If you want to book a patient appointment, you'll first need to have a patient selected. If you have a patient selected, you'll see an orange bar towards the top of your screen displaying the words "Active Patient" followed by the patient's name.
To add an appointment from your diary screen:
- Click on Diary at the bottom of the screen to display today's diary:
- Click the + icon at the top right of the screen:
- Enter your appointment details and select Save:
- If you want to book a non-patient appointment, toggle the switch Relates to the active patient to the left so it appears grey, and your non-patient appointments will appear in the drop down Type box:
