How do I set up an email template for notes?

To set up an email template for notes follow the instructions below:

  1. Firstly create a note by clicking on the Create button and then select Note
  2. Add your note content and select Save And Continue
  3. To email the note click on the email icon at the bottom right of the page:
  4. Then click Manage Email Templates For Notes:
  5. Select + Add Template:
  6. Enter your template details and select Save Template:

  7. You'll then see the template listed, with options to Preview, Edit or Delete the template, and clicking Back to Message will return you to the email screen:
  8. When emailing notes, you'll then be able to use any of your templates by selecting one from the dropdown:
