To set up an email template for notes follow the instructions below:
- Firstly create a note by clicking on the Create button and then select Note
- Add your note content and select Save And Continue
- To email the note click on the email icon at the bottom right of the page:
- Then click Manage Email Templates For Notes:
- Select + Add Template:
- Enter your template details and select Save Template:
- You'll then see the template listed, with options to Preview, Edit or Delete the template, and clicking Back to Message will return you to the email screen:
- When emailing notes, you'll then be able to use any of your templates by selecting one from the dropdown:
