Pathway Software has no external shareholders and is solely funded by the owners of the business. Consequently, we are 100% free to make our own decisions about the direction of the business, its products and the needs of our clients.
At present we have no external investors, although that doesn't mean that we wouldn't consider external investment if we felt it was in the best interests of the business, our customers and our team.
