How do I enter information about me or my team?

To edit a users information:

  1. Login to the Online Booking Admin area
  2. Click on the Users menu in the blue menu bar at the top of the page.
  3. You will notice that all the information that you have previously entered into WriteUpp about your team/users has already been pulled through into Online Booking. From here you can supplement this information with extra content to enhance your online booking experience:

  4. Select the name of the User that you would like to edit. This will take you through to the page where you can edit their details, shown below:

  5. Here in the Main Info tab you can specify:
    • the displayed name of the clinician
    • the displayed job title
    • their bio
    • whether or not they are visible in Online Booking
    • the days when they are available in Online Booking (this has been moved from within WriteUpp)
  6. In the Media tab you can add a profile picture if you wish to add more personality to your profile information
  7. In Contact Info you can optionally specify contact information such as email address and social media details
  8. At any point you can click on Preview Changes and see how your user/team member will appear in Online Booking
  9. When you're done just click on Save & Publish
