How do I turn on email notifications when a client books online?

  1. Log into the Online Booking Admin Area
  2. Click on Settings in the top menu or manage settings via the quick navigation panel:
  3. Under the Main Info tab, scroll down to Notification Settings and ensure the switch is to the right and appears green: 
  4. You'll then receive a simple email to the email address linked to your WriteUpp account when appointments are booked online:

Please note that this email notification is sent to the clinician the appointment has been booked with, and not to site administrators.  If you need a notification of an online booking to be sent to anyone else, we'd suggest that the clinician sets up a forward on their email account to redirect the messages to that email address.
