How do I customise attachment keywords?

Attachment keywords are used to help your categorise attachments or files that you have uploaded into WriteUpp. Keywords can be anything you would find useful but might be things like:

Referral letter
Historic notes
Scan
Images

You can create as many attachment keywords as you want but you can only associate one keyword with each attachment.

To add, deactivate or edit attachment keywords click on the menu top left and go to Fields within Settings and Tools:

And choose Attachment Keywords:

To add a new keyword, click on Add. Alternatively to change a keyword click on Edit, or to remove a keyword from your list, click on Deactivate

Deactivated keywords can be reactivated at any time by selected the "show deactivated" box, where you'll see them listed with the option to Activate.

When adding an Attachment Keyword, you'll need to select a number within the Order column:

This defines where the keyword will appear in the dropdown list when you upload an attachment, with whichever you choose as 1 - Top being your default keyword and populating in the box for you:

When you enter a number into the order column, you'll see options ranging from 1-9.  If you have more than 9 keywords, don't worry, you'll just need to assign the same number to multiple keywords.  Keywords with the same number will display alphabetically amongst themselves.
