How do I create a credit note?

To create a credit note take the following steps:

  1. Select the client that you wish to create the credit note for
  2. Click on Create -> Invoice
  3. Click on +Add Expense and enter the details of the credit, an example is shown below

  4. Then click on the green "Save" button
  5. Be sure to de-select any other appointments or pre-logged expenses that are listed:

  6. Click on Generate Invoice
  7. Check the details and click on Save Invoice
  8. Then print or email the credit note and as soon as you have paid it, click Pay in Full to mark it as Paid:Image_2018-11-13_at_12.40.29_pm.png
