What file types can I attach to client records?

The following file types can be attached to client records:

Video Files:

.avi
.mp4
.wmv

Audio Files:

.wav

Image Files:

.bmp
.gif
.jpg
.jpeg
.png
.heic

Word Documents:

.doc
.docx

Document Files:

.pdf
.rtf

Powerpoint Files:

.ppt
.pptx

Text Files:

.txt

Spreadsheet Files:

.xlsx
.xls
.csv

Compressed File

.ZIP

Additional file types

.ods
.odp
.odt

The maximum size of an individual file that you can upload is 16MB.

Password protected documents can also be uploaded. Password protected PDF files will be available to view within WriteUpp after entering the password details, but all other password protected files like Word documents must be downloaded to view.

You can also attach a link out to a file or folder stored within an external source like Google Drive, OneDrive or DropBox.
