How do I add some explanatory text when I send out the consent via email?
It might be useful to add some explanatory text which will appear at the top of the patient consent portal. To add this text follow the steps below:
Go to Settings, click on More and select Privacy from the drop-down:
Either create a new consent form or click the 3 dots next to a pre-existing consent form and click edit from the drop-down
Next to Portal Introduction Text: enter the text you'd like to appear in the patient consent portal
Click the green Save button at the bottom of the page
