How do I edit an appointment status?

If you need to make any changes to an existing appointment status:

1. Go to Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Statuses:

2. Click on Edit next to the status you'd like to change:

3. Make any changes you need to make and then click Save:

Please note that any changes you make to an appointment status will affect all appointments already in the diary using that status.
