1. Go to Patient Summary -> Notes and select the Note you would like to send:
2. Click on the Direct Message icon at the bottom of the screen:
3. Select a recipient:
NOTE: You will need both an email address and mobile number for the intended recipient, and also text credits.
4. Enter some message text, choose an expiry time frame and click Send:
5. When the recipient opens the message, they will be able to view the message and the note in the message portal, and download the note:
