Mapping Xero Tax Rates to WriteUpp

As part of configuring the Xero Export, you'll also have to map your tax rates within WriteUpp to the corresponding rates within Xero. 

You can access your list of tax rates from within Settings -> Invoice -> Configure Xero Export under Mapping:

Clicking on the link will bring up a list of all of the VAT Rates you have set within WriteUpp:

Then you can click on the rate you'd like to map to a Xero rate:

And use the Xero Rate dropdown to select the tax rate from within Xero:

NOTE: If you use the same VAT rate for both appointments and expenses, e.g 20%, we recommend that you create 2 rates at 20% and label one Appointments and one Expenses:

This will enable you to map the VAT Rates to separate Xero Tax Rates, should you need to. 

You can also map your Tax Rates from the main Invoice tab, by going into Edit under your default tax rates:
