To edit your email templates for appointment communications:
1. Go to Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Communication and click on the three dots at the end of a row containing any email communication:
2. Choose Edit from the menu:
3. Click on Manage templates:
4. Click on Edit next to the template you'd like to change:
5. Make any changes, then click on Save Template:
