Why don't I have all menu options available on the app?

If you tap on the menu within the app and you can only select Patient, Appointment or Task from the menu options, you won't have an active patient selected:

To be able to access the other functionalities, you should first select an active patient.  You'll then be able to select any of the options from the menu:
