You can check if a patient was sent an appointment communication via the messages tab of the patient summary:
You can click on the date to open details of the message and check which appointment it relates to:
You can also see information on which communications have been sent for a specific appointment by going to the appointments tab of the patient summary:
Selecting an appointment will open the appointment details, and under Appointment History, you will be able to see what communications have been sent:
You'll also see if any communications have failed from within WriteUpp or if a patient didn't receive anything as they had not been opted in:
