To remove an email template:
1. Go to Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Communication:
2. Click on the three dots at the end of a row containing an email trigger and select Edit:
3. Click Manage Templates:
4. Click the trash can icon alongside the template you'd like to delete:
5. The template will be deleted, you'll no longer see it on the list and it will no longer be available within the Message template dropdown when creating a communication trigger.
Note: You'll not be able to delete a template if it's currently used in a communication trigger. You'll need to change the template used in the trigger first.
